Lobuche Peak Climbing

Lobuche Peak is nearby Everest base camp and this peak is two different way to summit of Lobuche East (6,119m) and Lobuche west (6145m) . Lobuchepeak can be seen from Dingbuche or Pheriche as the dark triangle of its rocky east face rises above the moraines of the glacier to an icy skyline. This peak an attractive summit, offering a variety of existing routes and a wide scope for new lines. This skyline forms the South Ridge, the junction of the East Face with the glaciated South-West Face and the line of the normal route of ascent. This in turn leads to the summit ridge running north-west from the top of East Face through several small summits to the East Peak.

Start to this Lobuchepeak climbing , start flight to Luklha from Kathmandu and all the way trekking to either through Gokyo valley and over Cho la pass or directly to the Everest base camp and climb the Lobuche peak so there is many other alternative way to do. Best route is better to do trek through Gokyolake and over Chola pass to reach at Everest base camp and climb to the this peak and trek back via Tengbuche Monastery.
